Charlotte: In a partnership there is a lot of communication, and quite often
we don't communicate it quite right. The best advice I can try to give is
leave the ego at home because at the end of the day it's not about me
changing 100 things and him changing two. It's about making the team better.
In making a partnership work you need generosity and patience with each
other. If you can give that to the other person and take the ego out of the
equation, that is the best way of working.
